Saale Obst Erzeuger- und Absatzgenossenschaft eG is located in the municipality of Salzatal near Halle (Saale). It is a merger of 19 fruit cultivation establishments in Central Germany. Following a long tradition, these establishments grow high-quality fruit, such as apples, sweet cherries, sour cherries, plums, pears, and apricots under controlled cultivation conditions on an area covering about 489 ha.
